This website acts as an online portfolio for my work and an opportunity to combine my passion for art with my interest in digital media.  I paint because I enjoy to.  I see beauty in the landscapes around me and spirit in the people I meet and hope to capture those characteristics in my art and share it with others.  



Themes of my work include energy, movement, spirit, passion.  I enjoy painting the energy and beauty of cities at night,  portraits that capture the spirit of the person and abstract paintings that evoke a feeling of movement and energy.  In pencil, I prefer photo realism.  I hope that people who view my work will be motivated to explore the art that exists around them, whether that be in a museum or in the changing color of a brick wall in the setting sun.
